02 — About

Richard Demb, Founder.

I've spent thirty years starting, scaling, and advising companies across the food space — from kitchen-table beginnings to national brands. RFO Capital is where that experience meets today's founders.

My work is hands-on and honest. I help teams tighten their strategy, enter new markets with intention, and raise capital on their terms. When the fit is right, I invest alongside — in food brands and in the occasional consumer product where I can add real value.

The best decisions get made by operators who've been there. That's what I bring.

Work with me
03 — Approach

Selective. Practical. In it with you.

Focused engagements

A small number of companies at any time — so the attention is real, not fractional.

Operator's lens

Every recommendation traces back to what actually happens on the floor, in the store, with the customer.

Aligned interests

Selective investments in brands and products where the advisory work is already moving the needle.

Long horizon

Great food brands aren't built in a quarter. The relationships and the strategy are set up for the long build.
